Weitere Details:: Dopachrome tautomerase (dopachrome delta-isomerase, tyrosine-related protein 2), also known as DCT, is a human gene. The human TYRP2 protein has 83% identity and 90% similarity to the mouse sequence and has all the structural characteristics of the tyrosinase protein family, including a signal peptide, 15 conserved cysteine residues, 2 copper-binding domains, and a C-terminal membrane-spanning region. Northern blot analysis showed that TYRP2 is expressed at high levels in human melanoma cells. Its expression is regulated by the microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
