Weitere Details:: Calmodulin-binding transcription activator 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CAMTA1 gene. Normally expressed in non-neoplastic adult central nervous system tissues: detected in whole brain, cerebellum, brain cortex, occipital lobe, frontal lobe, temporal lobe, putamen. Expression levels are low in oligodendroglial tumors, and are reduced by half in oligodendroglioma and astrocytoma cases with 1p loss of heterozygosity. Detected in neuroblastic-type cultured neuroblastoma cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:15-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
