Weitere Details:: Suppresses apoptosis in a variety of cell systems includingfactor-dependent lymphohematopoietic and neural cells. Regulates cell death bycontrolling the mitochondrial membrane permeability. Appears to function in a feedbackloop system with caspases. Inhibits caspase activity either by preventing the release ofcytochrome c from the mitochondria and/or by binding to the apoptosis-activatingfactor (APAF-1). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
