Weitere Details:: AXL, a member of the AXL/UFO subfamily of Tyr protein kinases, may function as a signal transducer between specific cell types of mesodermal origin. This Type I membrane protein has transforming potential in patients with chronic myeloproliferative disorder or chronic myelocytic leukemia. The protein contains 2 putative fibronectin type III domains and 2 putative immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:300 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
