Weitere Details:: Insulin-like protein (INSL3, INSL4, INSL5, INSL6 & INSL7/H3 Relaxin) belongs to the insulin-like hormone superfamily, which encompasses insulin, relaxin, and insulin-like growth factors I (IGF1) and II (IGF2). Insulin gene superfamily hormones regulate cell growth, metabolism, and tissue-specific functions. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Sequence: Thr-Gln-Pro-Val-Glu-Thr-Arg-Asp-Arg-Glu-Leu-Leu-Gln-Trp-Leu-Glu-Gln-Arg-His-Leu-Leu-His-Ala- Leu-Val-Ala-Asp-Val-Asp-Pro-Ala-Leu-Asp-Pro-Gln-Leu-Pro-Arg-Gln-Ala-Ser-Gln-Arg-Gln Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
