Weitere Details:: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF family members possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities and are involved in a variety of biological processes including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. The function of this growth factor has not yet been determined. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008] Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry(ABC). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Direct ELISA: 1:6400 Western Blot: 1:250-500 Immunohistochemistry(ABC): 1:350-500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Sequence: Cys-Gln-Ala-His-Pro-Ile-Pro-Asp-Ser-Ser-Pro-Leu-Leu-Gln-Phe-Gly-Gly-Gln-Val-Arg-Gln-Arg Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
