Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:2000 PAP or ABC: 1:10,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Sequence: Ile-Pro-Ile-Tyr-Glu-Lys-Lys-Tyr-Gly-Gln-Val-Pro-Met-Cys-Asp-Ala-Gly-Glu-Gln-Cys-Ala-Val-Arg-Lys- Gly-Ala-Arg-Ile-Gly-Lys-Leu-Cys-Asp-Cys-Pro-Arg-Gly-Thr-Ser-Cys-Asn-Ser-Phe-Leu-Leu-Lys-Cys- Leu, Disulfide bonds: between Cys1-Cys3, Cys2-Cys5, Cys4-Cys6. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
