Weitere Details:: Stromal membrane associated protein-1 (SMAP1) is a GTPase activating protein that plays a role in clathrin-dependent endocytosis. It may also play a role in erythropoiesis. SMAP1 is known to interact with ARF6 and the clathrin heavy chains via the clathrin box-like motif. SMAP1 is expressed in bone marrow, adrenal gland, trachea, lymph node, spinal cord, peripheral blood leukocytes, thyroid and stomach. A highly specific and sensitive antibody against Small ARFGAP1. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:5000 Immunoprecipitation: native conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
