Weitere Details:: The mu, delta, and kappa opioid receptors are G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) of the nervous system, which control pain, stress, and addictive behaviors. The kappa opioid receptor (KOR-1) plays a role in arousal and regulation of autonomic and neuroendocrine functions and is the receptor for dynorphins. KOR-1 inhibits neurotransmitter release by reducing calcium ion currents and increasing potassium ion conductance. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
