Weitere Details:: The nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) transcription complex is required for the expression of a group of proteins that coordinate the immune response. NFATc is the cytosolic component of NFAT and encoded by a separate gene. Expression of NFATc activates the interleukin (IL-2) promoter in non-T lymphocytes and is required for IL-2 gene expression. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
