Weitere Details:: The nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) transcription complex is required for the expression of a group of proteins that coordinate the immune response. NFATc is the cytosolic component of NFAT and encoded by a separate gene. Expression of NFATc activates the interleukin (IL-2) promoter in non-T lymphocytes and is required for IL-2 gene expression. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
