- Lysosome-Associated Membrane Glycoprotein 1 (LAMP1; also called P2B and CD107a), which is a 120kD member of the LAMP family of proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 1:50-200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
