Weitere Details:: Bone morphogenetic protein 10 (BMP-10) is a TGF-beta superfamily member whose expression is restricted to the developing and postnatal heart. It is synthesized as a 424 amino acid (aa) pre-proprotein with a putative 21aa signal peptide, a 292aa propeptide, and a 108aa mature protein. Mature BMP-10 is secreted as a 25kD disulfide-linked homodimer. The mouse BMP-10 proprotein shares 86% and 95% aa sequence identity with human and rat BMP-10, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry(Frozen): 1:100-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
