Weitere Details:: The BRD4 (BD1+BD2) TR-FRET BioAssay™ Kit is designed to measure the inhibition of BRD4 (BD1+ BD2) binding to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET-based assay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for high throughput screening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; a sample containing terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, BRD4, substrate, and an inhibitor is incubated for 120 minutes. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescence reader. Applications: Suitable for use in screening small molecular inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
