Weitere Details:: Kit comes in a convenient format with purified BPTF/FALZ, ligands, Tb donor, dye-labeled acceptor, assay buffer and microtiter plate to perform 384 reactions. The BPTF TR-FRET BioAssay™ Kit is designed to measure the inhibition of the binding of BPTF, also known as FALZ, to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET-based assay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for high throughput screening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; a sample containing terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, BPTF, substrate, and an inhibitor is incubated for 2 hours. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescence reader. Applications: Suitable for use in screening small molecular inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
