Weitere Details:: RNAPII is an essential component of the RNAP II transcription elongation complex. Recruitment of RNA processing factors to the elongation complex is coordinated by the phosphorylation of Serine-2 and Serine-5 residues within the C-terminal repeat (YSPTSPS) domain of the largest subunit of RNAPII. CTD4H8 can also be used in chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Predicted molecular weight: 217kD Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0-Ag.14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
