Weitere Details:: Insulin is a pancreatic hormone that regulates glucose uptake and the synthesis of protein and fat. The insulin like growth factors, isolated from plasma, are structurally and functionally related to insulin but have a much higher growth promoting activity. IGF1 (Insulin Like Growth Factor I) is a polypeptide growth factor, which stimulates the proliferation of a wide range of cell types including muscle, bone, and cartilage tissue. IGF1 functions as an autocrine regulator of growth. Applications: Suitable for use in RIA, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry(Paraffin): 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
