- LMO1 enocdes a cysteine-rich, two LIM domain transcriptional regulator. It is mapped to an area of consistent chromosomal translocation in chromosome 11, disrupting it in T-cell leukemia, although more rarely than the related gene, LMO2 is disrupted. [provided by RefSeq Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
