Weitere Details:: CD13, also known as aminopeptidase N, is a 150kD type II integral membrane glycoprotein. It is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes and their precursors, and on mast cells. CD13 is a zinc-binding metalloprotease that is involved in cell surface antigen presentation via its digestion of many MHC-bound regulatory peptides. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
