Weitere Details:: CD10, also known as the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein. It is expressed on granulocytes, a subset of B progenitor cells, germinal center cells, and fibroblasts. CD10 is a zinc-binding metalloprotease which is thought to down-regulate cellular responses to peptide hormones. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
