Weitere Details:: Bone morphogenic proteins (BMPs) are members of the TGFbeta superfamily. BMPs are involved in the induction of cartilage and bone formation.BMP-8 is thought to be involved in early development, as detectable expression has not been found in adult organs. Two BMP-8 proteins exist, namely BMP-8A and BMP-8B (also designated OP-2), and are encoded by two distinct genes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
