Weitere Details:: PPP1R2 is an inhibitor of protein-phosphatase 1 and forms heterodimer with PP1. Phosphorylation on Thr-73 by GSK3 activates PP1 by dissociating the PP1-PPP1R2 complex. Phosphorylation on Ser-44 by ATM activates PP1 by dissociating the PP1-PPP1R2 complex. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-166 from human PPP1R2, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~21kD (189aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
