Weitere Details:: IFNL1 is also known as Interferon lambda-1. This protein is a cytokine with immunomodulatory activity and may play a role in antiviral immunity. It is a ligand for the heterodimeric class II cytokine receptor composed of IL10RB and IFNLR1. The ligand/receptor complex seems to signal through the Jak-STAT pathway. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa20-200 from human IFNL1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~22.7kD (206aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
