Weitere Details:: GZMH, also known as Granzyme H, is essential for HBV eradication. The HBx protein (HBx), required for the replication of HBV, is cleaved at Met(79) by GZMH. GZMH inhibitor can abolish GZNH- and lymphokine-activated killer cell-mediated HBx degradation and HBV clearance. An HBx-deficient HBV is resistant to GzmH- and lymphokine-activated killer cell-mediated viral clearance. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa20-246 from human GZMH, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~27.5kD (248aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
