Weitere Details:: EXOSC1 is a core component of the exosome. The mammalian exosome is required for rapid degradation of Au rich element-containing RNAs but not for poly(A) shortening. The association of this protein with the exosome is mediated by protein-protein interactions with ribosomal RNA-processing protein 42 and ribosomal RNA-processing protein 46. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-195 from human EXOSC1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~23.8kD (218aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
