Weitere Details:: CTSZ (Cathepsin Z), also known as Cathepsin X and Cathepsin P, is 303aa protein. It is lysosomal cysteine proteinase and member of the peptidase C1 family. It exhibits carboxy-monopeptidase as well as carboxy-dipeptidase activity. This gene is widely expressed in cancer cell lines, primary tumors. CTSZ may be involved in tumor progression. And, CTSZ plays a role in normal intracellular protein degradation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
