Weitere Details:: ATG3, also known as Ubiquitin-like-conjugating enzyme ATG3 isoform 1, is 314aa protein. It is E2-like enzyme that required for the cytoplasm to vacuole transport (Cvt), autophagy, and mitochondrial homeostasis. ATG3 catalyzes the formation of the Atg8-phosphatidylethanolamine (Atg8-PE) conjugate, a reaction that is essential for autophagy. It is localizes to the cytoplasm and is expressed in a variety of tissues with predominant levels found in kidney, placenta, liver, heart and skeletal muscle. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
