Weitere Details:: This gene encodes a member of the cytochrome P450 hemethiolate protein superfamily which are involved in oxidizing various substrates in the metabolic pathway. It is implicated in the metabolism of fatty acid precursors into n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: Neat Western Blot: 1/2 dilution Immunohistochemistry: Neat Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: ELISA: Peptide immunogen Western Blot: Human liver microsomes Immunohistochemistry: Human liver Hybridoma: Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
