Weitere Details:: VEGF165b is an mRNA splice variant of VEGF. Alternative exon usage results in a 165 aa product that is identical to VEGF165 except for 6 unique amino acids at the C-terminus. VEGF165b inhibits proliferation and migration of endothelial cells and is down-regulated in renal cell carcinomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
