Weitere Details:: Macrophage-stimulating protein (MSP), also known as Hepatocyte Growth Factor-like Protein (HGFL) and Scatter Factor-2 (SF2), is a member of the HGF family of growth factors. MSP is secreted as a single chain inactive precursor (pro-MSP). In response to injury, pro-MSP is activated by proteolytic cleavage. Activation results in the creation of alpha and beta chains joined by a disulfide bond. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
