Weitere Details:: Matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP-9) cleaves collagen types IV and type V and gelatin types 1 and V. MMP-9 has a possible role in local proteolysis of the extracellular matrix and in leukocyte migration. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
