Weitere Details:: MD-1 (also known as lymphocyte antigen 86) and MD-2 (also known as lymphocyte antigen 96 and ESOP-1) are secreted glycoproteins that associate with leucine-rich repeats of Toll-like receptor (TLR) family members. MD-1 and -2 aid TLR trafficking to the cell surface and mediate lipopolysaccharide (LPS) responsiveness. MD-1 and -2 share conserved cysteine residues and display 23% aa sequence similarity. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
