Weitere Details:: Interleukin-2 is a potent immunoregulatory lymphokine produced by T-cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation.. IL-2/IL-2R signaling is required for T-cell proliferation and other fundamental functions which are essential for the immunoe response. IL-2 stimulates growth and differentiation of B-cells, NK cells, lymphokine activated killer cells, monocytes, macrophages and oligodendrocytes. Human IL-2 is a 15.5kD protein containing 134 amino acid residues including one intrachain disulfide bond. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
