Weitere Details:: CD25 is a 55kD glycoprotein, also known as the low affinity IL-2Ra, Ly- 43, p55, or Tac. It is expressed on activated T and B cells, thymocyte subset, pre-B cells, and T regulatory cells. In association with CD122 (IL-2Rb) and CD132 (common y chain), CD25 forms the high affinity signaling IL-2 receptor. The PC61 antibody is able to block IL-12 binding to its receptor and inhibit IL-2 stimulated cell growth. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:20-1:30 Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
