Weitere Details:: Interleukin 2 (IL-2) is the cytokine secreted by T-cells immediately after the T cell receptors are activated by the binding of foreign antigens. The cytokine stimulates the growth, proliferation and differentiation of naïve T-cells into “effecter T-cells”, promotes the survival of antigen specific “memory T-cell”, and stimulates the maturation of “regulatory T-cells”. The cytokine is crucial for the development of adapted immunity, immune memory and the modulation of auto-immunity. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
