Weitere Details:: CD11a comprises the alpha-chain of lymphocyte function associated factor I (LFA-1). LFA-1 is an adhesion molecule expressed on the surface of T cell, B cell, macrophage, monocytes and neutrophils. LFA-1 plays a role in lymphocyte recruitment to site of infection. LFA-1 initiates a weak link between lymphocytes and antigen presentation cells (APC) by binding to intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) on APC. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10mg/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
