Weitere Details:: CCR1, also called CD191, is the first CC chemokine receptor identified atDNAlevel. Like other CC chemokine receptors,CCR1 is a G-protein coupled 7 transmembrane protein. Genes for CCR1 and several other chemokine forms a cluster on chromosome 3p. A number of CC chemokines, such as MIP-1b, Rentes, MIP1-a, MIP1-delta, RANTES, and MIP3, MIP1-y, HCC1 and HCC4 have been found to be the ligands of CCR1. CCR1 expression has been reported to be implicated in rheumatoid arthritis, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and hairy cell leukemia. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
