Weitere Details:: ABCC2, the second member of the ATP-binding cassette, subfamily C, also known as Canalicular multispecific organic anion transporter (CMOAT) or Multidrug resistance-associated protein 2 (MRP2), belongs to the multidrug resistance protein family. It plays a role in organic anions transport, including transport of several medical compounds, and may contribute to the drug resistance. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA: 1:10,000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
