Weitere Details:: Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) is cleaved from the precursor pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC). The hormone is produced and secreted by the pituitary gland and stimulates release of cortisol by adrenal glands. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 5-15ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 5-10ug/ml (formalin fixed/paraffin embedded tissues, 4% paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissues). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
