Weitere Details:: JAM-C is expressed at junctions between endothelial and epithelial cells, as well as on leukocytes, platelets, vascular smooth muscle cells and fibroblasts, amongst other cell types. It plays a role in tight junctions and inflammatory processes and interacts with JAM-A and JAM-B. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized Fischer rats were fused with cells of the Sp2/0 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
