Weitere Details:: IFIH1 (interferon-induced helicase C domain-containing protein 1), otherwise known as MDA5, a widely expressed cytoplasmic RNA helicase, which acts as a mediator of the innate immune response to viral RNA, and is implicated in apoptosis and growth suppression. Applications: Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. This antibody has been successfully used in Western Blot on African Green Monkey (see ref. 1). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 10ug/ml. Antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections is required. Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 is recommended for this purpose. Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human pancreas Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
