- CD80 cell surface antigen is expressed by dendritic cells, activated macrophages and activated B cells. CD80 plays a key role in co-stimulation of T cells in the primary immune response. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:200. 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
