Weitere Details:: CD62P is also known as P-selectin, PADGEM or GMP140 and plays an important role in adhesive processes between leucocytes and endothelial cells. CD62P is a component of the alpha granule and is translocated to the plasma membrane upon activation. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:100, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:1000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:500-1:2000, does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections but staining may be enhanced using Sodium Citrate buffer pH6.0 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Immunohistochemistry Positive Control Tissue: Tonsil Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
