Weitere Details:: CD40 cell surface antigen, which is expressed by B lymphocytes and a subset of T lymphocytes. CD40 plays an important role in the differentiation of B lymphocytes into effector cells, and is also involved in interactions between T and B lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10, 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: P3X63-Ag8.653myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
