Weitere Details:: For use in ENA Ouchterlony. Specificity is verified by identity of precipitation with CDC-AF reference serum. Titer will vary with test system; however, undiluted antibody shows a strong SSB precipitate band. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. SSB Autoantibody Activity (by ELISA): 732EU/ml (lot-specific; value may differ from lot to lot). Other Autoantibody Activity in the Serum (by ELISA): SSA: 126EU/ml SCL: 2EU/ml Sm: 3EU/ml Sm/RNP: 4EU/ml Jo-1: 3EU/ml Interpretation of ELISA Results: Negative: <16EU/ml, Equivocal: 16-20EU/ml, Positive: >20EU/ml Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
