Weitere Details:: DNA polymerase delta interacting protein p38 is a protein that interacts with the DNA polymerase delta p50 subunit. The protein also interacts with proliferating cell nuclear antigen. Some transcripts of the gene encoding this protein overlap in a tail-to-tail orientation with the gene for tumor necrosis factor, alpha-induced protein 1 (TNFAIP1). Applications: Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
