Weitere Details:: NFATc1 plays a role in the inducible expression of cytokine genes in T cells, especially in the induction of the IL-2 or IL-4 gene transcription. It controls gene expression in embryonic cardiac cells. Regulates not only the activation and proliferation but also the differentiation and programmed death of T-lymphocytes as well as lymphoid and non-lymphoid cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Band Shift Assay and ChIP. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunoprecipitation: 1:200 ChIP: 1:200 Band Shift Assay: Competes with probe for NFAT binding Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
