Weitere Details:: CD16 and CD32 are low affinity receptors for the IgG Fc domain and are expressed by B-Lymphocytes, NK cells, kupffer cells, mast cells, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, immature thymocytes, neutrophils, and some activated mature T cells. CD16 blocks the binding of immunoglobulins to CD16 and CD32, and possibly to Fc gamma I receptor. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
