Weitere Details:: TLL2 encodes a Metallopeptidase M12A type protease that is structurally similar to bone morphogenic protein 1 (BMP1) and Drosophila Tolloid ( TLD). In vitro studies have identified pro-lysyl oxidase as a substrate for TLL-2 protein. Fetal TLL-2 is expressed in developing mouse skeletal muscle and central nervous system. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
