Weitere Details:: Rhodopsin is the first member identified in the Opsin subfamily of GPCRs. Rhodopsin mediates dim-light vision by maximally absorbing light at 495 nm. Mutations in rhodopsin cause retinitis pigmentosa, an inherited disease that initially causes night blindness and loss of the mid-peripheral visual field, and eventually leads to a total loss of vision. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1-3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
